LaCas Consultants Inc., provided the river engineering design for a proposed mainline logging road including hydrological and open-channel hydraulic modelling. The environmental cost effective design preserved significant riparian vegetation, reduced floodplain encroachment and the number of bridge crossings on the Kauwinche River.
