As part of an overall environmental assessment of a proposed golf course, LaCas Consultants carried out channel assessments on the headwaters of Coldstream Creek and Vance Creek, helicopter reconnaisance of watershed, hydrological analysis of rainfall, snowpack and peak stream flows, stream gauging and establishing wetland water level monitoring sites.
